Join for a Virtual Reiki Sound Bath on Thursday's 7-8pm! Each class will include gentle movement, reiki meditation, & sound healing. This cleansing reiki sound bath class will allow you to release any anxiety/stress & emotions/energy no longer serving you. By the end of this class, you will be in a deep state of relaxation where you feel calm and at peace. What to bring: an open heart ready to receive, water, & your coziest attire :) Can't wait to virtually see you at a class soon!
