Join for an Intuitive Movement w/ Reiki & Sound Class on the 2nd Friday of each month from 7-8pm! Each class will include Gentle Stretching, Intuitive Movement, & Reiki + Sound Healing. Come to connect with your higher self & trust in your intuition to guide you through this one of a kind Intuitive Movement w/ Reiki & Sound Class. This class is designed for all ages/levels. What to bring: water, yoga mat , & your coziest attire :) Can't wait to see you at a class soon!
