Service Description

Join for a Reiki Sound Bath on Tuesday's 7-8pm at The Zen Den HB! Each class will include Intuitive Movement, Reiki Meditation, & Sound Healing. This cleansing Reiki Sound Bath class will allow you to release any anxiety/stress and emotions/energy no longer serving you. By the end of this class, you will be in a deep state of relaxation where you feel calm and at peace. What to bring: water, yoga mat , & your coziest attire :) Can't wait to see you at a class soon!
