What You'll Receive: Voxer M-F access for questions Week 1 is a one hour in depth Reiki & Sound Session (1:1) Week 2 is a follow up 45 minute Intuitive Movement w/ Reiki & Sound Session (1:1) Week 3 is a follow up 45 minute Reiki & Sound Session (1:1) Week 4 is a one hour closing Intuitive Movement w/ Reiki & Sound Session (1:1) Weeks 1-4 there's a one hour Reiki Sound Bath Class every Tuesday 7-8pm Pacific Time (group) Week 1: Reprogram Your Mind for Success In Week 1, we focus on programming your mind for success and go over everything you need to know about developing a positive mindset while releasing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, & negative thoughts. You'll also be guided through a Subconscious Mind Healing Meditation w/ Reiki + Sound. Week 2: Get In Touch with Your Body Connect with your body through Intuitive Movement, Meditation, Reiki, & Sound Healing. You'll be guided through an Intuitive Movement w/ Reiki + Sound Session to connect with your body and intuition. Week 3: Nourish Your Soul We’ll design a soul nourishing morning routine you’re in love with and do inner child healing through a guided Reiki + Sound Healing Session. You’ll also learn how to do what's most energetically aligned for your soul. Week 4: Manage Your Time + Energy You’ll create an energetically aligned routine to help you find balance in managing your time and energy. You’ll also be guided through an Intuitive Movement w/ Reiki + Sound Session to help you release any energy no longer serving you. This 4 Week Intuitive Energy Healing Program is a month of high level 1-on-1 support to help you achieve your specific energy healing goals in a way that works best for you and your lifestyle.
